Suns out, guns out!

Sometimes I get "lost in the sauce".  I have decided to mix up workouts.  I forgot how much I love just working out around the house.  So many times I find myself saying, "there's not enough time."  No more.  Time to pack up the kiddos in the jogger and go for AM or PM runs.  Nap time= Workout time.  I know not everyone has a tire or a pull up bar, but there are so many things you can use to do light, moderate, advanced workouts in your home!  I posted these, even the silly ones to show that it's not about looking good while working out, it's about looking/feeling good in your own skin afterwards!  Pump on!
