Catch up

I promise to catch up!  The end of this month and pretty much to end of the year is go, go, go.  

Tonight I tried a new recipe tonight and it was awesome!


Cheddar & Broccoli Stuffed Chicken
Chicken Breast
Low Fat/Fat Free Cream Cheese (I chose a greek yogurt version)
Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
Broccoli (I used frozen, don't judge)
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning

1. Beat that meat
2. Mrs. Dash on each side
3. Spread about 1 TBSP CC then 1 TBSP Cheddar
4. Spread broccoli on
5. Rolled up the chicken (thick to thin)
6. Stuck the toothpicks in
7. 400 degrees for 30-35 min
8. Enjoy!
