Hey there!  My name’s Erin, I blog over at my little piece of the world called Homemade Happenings’.  There is a reason for the name of my blog.  ‘Homemade’ because I like to make a lot of homemade things, from gifts to decorations to food.  And ‘Happenings’ because I’m a stay at home mom so what we do around here is mostly what I blog about (and most of it is homemade!). 

A little bit about me: I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Andy, for 11 years.  We started dating on the last day of our sophomore year, 5 years later we got married!  We have 2 boys. Aiden is 7, in the 2^nd grade and the boy LOVES football and most other sports.  Plus he’s super handsome!  Brennan is 4, he’s in preschool this year, and he is my little pea pod (we are very similar and my husband gives me a hard time when Brennie gets sassy because it’s so totally me!).  Adorable doesn’t begin to describe that little pumpkin pie!  And then there’s Baby McGuire!  Our little tiddler is due February 16^th, which also happens to be my dad’s birthday which I’m totally excited about.  Before you say “it’s just a due date, you won’t have the baby on it” you need to know that I went into labor on my due date with both boys!  So there is a good chance it could happen again … at least that’s what I’m telling myself!

So you can find out a little more about me than just the important stuff I thought I’d go with this topic:

Maybe I’m crazy but…

·        I think Dinosaur’s existence is a conspiracy theory (yea, lets start off with a biggie) and they never happened

·        I could drink Mt Dew morning, noon and night and not be sick of it

·        I can’t stand homemade pizza but love pizza in a restaurant

·        I love oldies music, specifically the 60’s and early 70’s

·        I wish big hair from the 80’s would come back in style

·        I believe in angels but not ghosts

·        I’d love to be a storm chaser

·        I won’t kill a bug or spider if someone is home with me, they freak me out.  BUT, if I’m home alone there is no way I’m letting that critter run around my house so I become a ninja warrior and kick that bug’s butt!  Then I run away from it squealing and make my brave husband clean up my mess. Ha ha!
