Lately, like all week, it's
been raining. I love working out and running, but it hasn't been as
intense. I decided to switch it up a little bit and start another round
of Insanity. I have only done it 2 previous times, but I really do enjoy
the first month! The second month, I usually get bored. I figure
for month 1 I'll do Insanity and then month 2 I'll switch to Can you 24? I have
to say, doing it is not only amazing and sweaty, but fun. D is really
having a blast "working out" with his mama (hey! I figure I'm setting
an example of health). Here are the results from Day 1/ Fit Test # 1

Thursday.
Ahhh yes! I love a great Thursday. Excited because Dave comes out of the field and we're one day closer to family time. I am going to brag a little. This man, is so amazing. NOt only does he defend our country and train other Marines to do so, but he is a super hubby and perfect daddy. My man, works crazy hours (sometimes leaves at 2 am and doesn't get home til 11 pm), but still finds time to give me a kiss and listen to me. Even on the days when he is home "early" (before D goes to bed), he doesn't just lay on the couch or go to bed. He helps give D a bath and lay him down. My man, makes is a priority to pray with our son every night, no matter if he has to do it at 3 in the afternoon because he won't have service. I know he made the choice to defend us, but he also makes a choice to put us first. I am so blessed to have found my soulmate! Love you, bug

I've done the first month of Insanity before! I really enjoyed it though at the end I had gained a few pounds which I thought was strange. I never made it through the 2nd month.
