We are heading into week 7 of this pregnancy (well, at least that's what we know right now until our first sonogram). Morning sickness has struck, but I will prevail ha. Had an amazing arm workout last week. This week is going to be awesome; working out with the hubby in the gym! I feel like the luckiest lady to be able to have our family in one building and to be working out with my stud muffin hubby...always good for a workout mix up.
To add to the workout, I want to pass along a yummy snack that is keeping my protein up!
1 scoop Chocolate Muscle Gain
1 tbsp unsweetened organic coconut
1 tbsp pb2
1 tsp truvia
1/4 c rolled oats
(you can add raisins..sometimes I do, sometimes I don't)
water
Mix it all up and it tastes like a no-bake cookie!!
