Getting excited to start getting the ball rolling with the baby appointments. I always find the first couple weeks crazy because you know you're pregnant, but nothing is really happening (besides sore boobs and whatnot). Excited that I stuck with running and lifting and now I can keep it up (obviously, not as heavy). I didn't really know how to eat and what not when I was pregnant with D. I did great in the beginning because I was working, but still wound up gaining like 50 lbs! CRAY CRAY! I don't have time for 50 extra pounds ha. Anyway, I've already noticed a huge difference in this pregnancy. Eating every 2.5-3 hours has really helped to keep my energy up. I am not nearly as sleepy as I was with D and THANK GOD, no morning sickness (knock on wood).
So far the workout routine consists of:
Couchto10K (M, W, F...or which ever days I feel like running)
Squats (using my own body weight)..trying to do 200 a day
Bicep Curls
Triceps push downs
Planks
What did y'all do for workouts when pregnant?

Can't talk about being pregnant since that has never happened but I always admire pregnant women who are at the gym keeping active while expecting!!! I have a hard enough time staying motivated without a mini me!
