I love Muscle Gain so much. It's one of the only protein powders that I can use as a snack and not feel like a rock is in my tummy. It's awesome because it's predigested and keeps ME FULL!!! I never had a healthy snack like this (well, never really made one ha) while I was pregnant with D, but this is my go to for my sweet tooth without all of the calories. This video below is a great way to make ICECREAM!! I will be making this in about 25 min! I'll let you know how it turns out, but here is the awesome video. Check it out.
On a side note, I passed my ISSA Personal Trainer certification!! Excited to start and even more pumped to hopefully start a mommy & me workout class 30 min 2-3 times a week. Looking into the details, but so excited to help local families get in shape!!

okay..done! The results...HEAVEN IN MY MOUTH! It tastes like a reece's peanut butter cup, but without the guilt!! When Dave is off duty, I am making him this! Holy monkeys!
