So a great friend of mine has had me addicted to planking. I heard about planking a while back, but it was just a passing word in my daily life. Now, I am doing the plank challenge (well, to be honest, starting it again).
What Is it?
So, you start Day 1 planking as long as you can (I like to get to 1 min to start). Each day you add 10 seconds. By day 30 you should be at 5 minutes.
How to plank?
When planking you want to be up on your forearms and toes. You need to remember to KEEP NECK AND SPINE ALIGNED. Don't push your booty too high or drop it to low (see a great form below)
