Workout Mix up

Working out with the ladies this week, mixed it up and did some newer things and wanted to share:

Legs (3 sets)

(50) prisoner squats (squats, but hand behind your head, fingers laced together)

(25) Side-to-side lunges 

(25/each side) Box step ups with a knee up to chest

Planks (as long as you can hold it)

Abbies (3 sets)

27 lbs baby bounce up and down on tummy for a long time (ha j/k..sorta)

(15): Bicycles (forward & back)

(15): Flutter kicks

(15): Crunches (tip: find a spot on the ceiling, look at it.  Hands behind head, crunch up until your feel your core engage--keep belly button pressed into spine-- then lower.  Make sure you're not pressing your chin into your chest, keep your elbows out)

(15): Side Punch sit-ups (regular sit up, except when you reach the top you punch the opposite direction of the arm you're using)
