Cloudy with a chance of sweet & sour meatballs

Yesterdays recipe was amazeballs!  Everyone loved it, well, D tried it :)  He gobbled up the cous cous though!  I think Apple BBQ Tenderloin is on the list.  Tonight is: Sweet & sour meatballs.  I usually do fresh turkey meatballs, but this time I am kinda of "cheating" and using red meat.  It will be okay.  Meatballs will be in the crocker and they'll be added to brown rice later tonight.


Recipe for tonight:

  • 1 (16oz) pkg frozen fully cooked meatballs (will try the fresh turkey ones next time)
  • 1 onion – diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 (16-18oz) bottle sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained


I am so excited because I think this should go well for EVERYONE!

Anyone trying any new recipes out there?  

I was so stoked, was going to head to the gym yesterday and get my workout on...NOPE!  Headache, neck pain, couldn't keep my eyes open and crashed on the couch from 6:20-7:40!  ugh!  I was so upset with myself, but I will be attempting tonights yoga class. I love yoga so much, just a way to stretch and strengthen my body and mind!  I will let ya know how that goes. Just in case, I will be doing a lifting mini shesh at nap time tomorrow. What are your favorite winter classes or workouts?
