I am so excited, excited for my friend Nadia. A little back ground about her. Nadia is an amazing woman, mommy of two, and a Marine wife. I have had the privelage of getting to know this wonderful woman and her family when we were all stationed at Camp Pendleton. Not only were we neighbors, but I was able to watch her smart, hilarious, and beautiful daughter at an one base child care facility. Nadia writes, "As a young mother and military wife, I have experienced first-hand the different challenges faced by so many of us - frequent deployments, acting as both mother and father and realizing that even with the drive and motivation to work, finding opportunities at new duty stations isn't always possible. That is how Kallie Shoes began. I realized that the best way to take control of my future was to become my own boss and through our affiliate program I long to create these same opportunities for other women. Kallie Shoes represents my biculturalism, my ambition and my drive to create opportunities for women just like myself."
