I have a Walk in Closet and I love it...no lie, it's like an office in there, but I really do love a nice bath tub
Kitchen with an Island or Kitchen with a Breakfast Bar
Island's for life!! I love the look of a large kitchen with an Island, smack dab in the middle. It's perfect for my wine glass and cooking and cutting and clutter!
Big Front Yard, or Big Back Yard
Big Back yard! I need space for the pups and kiddos to run around. I want a pool sooooo bad in our backyard, maybe one day :)
Bountiful garden or nearby grocery store
Garden, though I'd probably kill it.

Dang mosquitos!!! :) We love having a portion of our deck screened in, although whoever built it did a terrible job compared to our last house's. We were spoiled up there by that one, it was so super nice!
